2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Red Blend

This Cabernet-based blend displays classic notes of cassis, tobacco and chocolate. Focused fruit and shapely tannins shine as hallmarks of what we've come to expect from the sandy soils and slightly cooler climate of our outstanding vineyard sites.
Paring red

A constant play between sweet and savory. Gentle and dusty tannins lead the way into an incredibly long and precise finish. Mulberry sweetness and a wonderful tension between tannic structure and bright acidity. Balanced and refined, a study in elegance

"The 2021 Red Blend is bold, powerful and quite juicy, with plenty of Santa Barbara savoriness to play off its exuberant fruit. This will make a fine bistro red or house wine. It’s another ridiculous value. These wines from The Paring, made by the team at Jonata and The Hilt, offer unreal personality and value. I can’t recommend them highly enough."

"Darker berries, cassis, graphite, and violet notes as well as classy oak all emerge from the 2021 Red, a brilliant red based off 70% Cabernet Sauvignon and 10% each of Cabernet Franc, Merlot, and Petit Verdot. It way over-delivers and tastes like it costs four to five times the price."
